I am Christine Higgins Chin, an artist, partner, and mother of six children. I have been meditating and exploring contemplative practices for 20+ years. I’ve relied on mindfulness practice for navigating everything from inter-cultural marriage, natural childbirths, the rearing of kids, coping with the chronic illness of a child, to losses and deaths of loved ones. I can attest to the transformative power of mindfulness meditation in my life and I am enthusiastic to share the practices with you. I have a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art & Design. I have led art classes for children for more than a decade and am certified in Mindful Schools K-12 curriculum and Breath For Change Yoga Teacher and SEL Facilitator.
